The service and amenities are very very good. First night I asked reception if we could have another room with better view. They yes but would cost 2000rp per night, so we dident move. Next Morning we get phone call from reception saying that they will up grade us to a deluxe room with beautiful garden view for no extra cost. Very kind. Hotel on Kuta beach with fantastic Boardwalk.
