The Ubud Food Festival (UFF) returns to Central Bali on 12- 14 May 2017 with a new theme of “Every Flavor is a Story” reflecting the rich cultural stories behind the many culinary traditions found across the Indonesian Republic. Janet DeNeefe, the Founder and Director of UFF explained “every flavor is a story” is a theme that celebrates Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage where very dish, recipe and tradition have its own story and unique historical, geographical and cultural nuances. As in years past, the UFF will offer unrivaled Indonesian culinary adventures over the three days of Festival. In keeping with its reputation as Indonesia’s biggest culinary festival, UFF is inviting iconic representatives to appear and share their insights and kitchen secrets. Visitors will also be able to join forums, cooking demonstrations, workshops, special events, food markets, musical performances and film showings. International cooking celebrities expected at UFF are Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones the inspirational leaders of the Bo.Ian Restaurant in Bangkok – now ranked among the 50 best restaurants in Asia by S.
